The island itself was really nice, and we did enjoy the few hours we had there. It was just... the schedule felt a little rushed and not super clear. Our pickup was later than the time we were given, so we were kind of just standing around wondering if we missed something or what was going on. Once we actually got there, things were mostly fine, but I do wish someone had explained the timing better, especially when we were supposed to leave and exactly where to meet. So yeah, not a bad day at all, just felt like it could’ve been more organized

Had a really nice day here, honestly. I was kinda Worried it was gonna be super packed, but they seem to manage the crowd well. We didn’t feel like we were standing in lines forever, and there was still plenty of space to sit down and just chill for a bit. Even around food time, things moved Smooth. Definitely a nice break from the usual busy tourist spots.

Check-in was really quick, and boarding went smoothly too. No waiting around forever, which was a relief. The staff seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing, so that made the whole process feel easy, you know?

The beach looked really nice when we got there, but the water was rough, so we didn’t swim as much as we planned. The swimming area was also crowded, which made it a little harder to relax. Still, we made the best of it and had an okay day overall.

Driver showed up on time, the ride was smooth, and everything was super simple. No dumb delays, no weird hassle, just got where I needed to go without any of that annoying crap

I’m really happy with this purchase. It feels like I got good value for what I paid (which is always a nice surprise). I’d definitely say it was worth the money

I did get to see some fish, which was nice, but the water was crowded when I went and the gear felt a bit older than I expected. If you’re planning to go, I’d suggest checking when the quieter times are and maybe asking about the equipment beforehand. Not a bad experience, just probably better if you’re prepared for those things

We had a nice day overall, but just a heads up for anyone planning to go: the better seating areas fill up fast. We got a cabana, which was comfortable enough, but there didn’t seem to be many available, so I’d definitely recommend getting there early if you want a nicer spot. Still a good experience, just something to plan for.

The flamingo part was cute, and yes, we did get some nice photos for the inevitable “look how fun our day was” evidence. That said, it felt a bit short for what we paid, so that was a fun little surprise. The staff was okay—not exactly bursting with sunshine, but perfectly fine. Overall, it was a fun stop, just not quite the magical experience I had built up in my head

Had good access pretty much everywhere, which made things simple. The seats were comfy enough for me too, not the most fancy or anything, but I was fine sitting there

The slides were really great and my kids had such a good time they didn’t want to leave

We went with the kids and they had a fun time overall, but I wouldnt say it was super kid friendly. There wasn’t much shade around, so it got hot after a while. Still okay for a family outing, just come prepared.

I had a quick question and they got back to me fast. The person I talked to was super helpful and handled it without making the whole thing a big hassle. Solid service overall, no complaints

I was let down!! The cocktails tasted really weak, and when we tried to order, like half the drinks on the menu weren’t even available!!! Not the best experience!!

I felt safe the whole time we were there. The lifeguards were always watching and clearly taking their job seriously, which matters a lot when people’s safety is involved. It’s nice to see a place doing the responsible thing and making sure everyone can relax and enjoy themselves.

I had a good experience overall. The staff were really friendly right from the start and were happy to answer my questions without making me feel like they were trying to rush me along. The only downside was that a couple of things took a bit longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. That said, everyone seemed really organised, and even when it got busy, they stayed calm and professional. The staff definitely made the wait easier, so I’d still give it 4 stars

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about going: the island itself is really pretty, but the maintenance was disappointing. There was trash in a few areas, the bathrooms felt old and not very well cared for, and some of the loungers looked broken or worn out. For what they charge, I expected the place to be kept in much better shape.

The food was really fresh and tasty, and there were way more options than I expected. i didn’t think it would be this good, and now I kind of regret not checking it out earlier.

I wasn’t really expecting much at first, just wanted something simple that wouldn’t be a hassle to use. After taking a little time with it, everything felt straightforward, and I didn’t run into any issues. the best part was that it felt safe and easy, which made the whole experience really enjoyable.

Booked through depalmisland.com. It worked in the end, but the whole thing was just okay. Site was easy enough, though a few pages loaded slow. Got my confirmation, but it took longer than expected, so I kept checking my email wondering if it actually went through. Not awful, just a bit clunky. I’d maybe book again, but clearer reservation steps would help...
